Larsen, Commager lead Women's Indoor Track & Field at Capital Last Call

COLUMBUS -- Senior Brooke Larsen and freshman Kelsey Commager each won events to lead the Ohio Northern women's indoor track and field team at the Capital Last Call meet on Saturday at the Capital Center.
Northern finished second of 15 teams with 96.5 points.
Trevecca Nazarene (Tenn.) won the meet with 102 points, ONU was second and Heidelberg was third with 75 points.
Larsen won the 1,000-meter run in 3:12.93 and Commager won the triple jump with a leap of 33' 5 1/4".
Freshman Dianna Johnson-Ward placed second in the long jump with a distance of 16' 3 1/4" and Commager was third with a jump of 16' 1/4".
Seniors Erin Radigan and Emily Blum and sophomore Julie Amos each posted third place finishes.
Radigan was third in the 800 in 2:26.68, Blum was third in the triple jump with a jump of 33' 4" and Amos was third in the high jump by clearing 4' 8 1/4".
The Polar Bears will return to action at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships Friday and Saturday at Mount Union.
