Senior Vicki Moga named OAC Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week

ADA — Senior Vicki Moga was been named Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 28-Feb. 3.

On Saturday at the Joe Banks Invitational, Moga posted a top-five national mark to help the Ohio Northern women's indoor track & field team win the 9-team meet at the ONU Sports Center.

Moga posted a second place finish in the high jump, clearing 5-6.00. That effort now ties her for the third highest in the nation.

The top 15 women in each event qualify for the NCAA III Championships March 8-9 at Naperville, Ill.

The Polar Bears will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Otterbein for the All-Ohio Championships.
