Women's Tennis falls to Kenyon 9-0 in battle of regionally ranked teams

GAMBIER -- The Ohio Northern women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 match to Kenyon in a battle of regionally ranked teams on Tuesday evening at the Jasper Tennis Center.
The Polar Bears, ranked No. 12 in the latest ITA Central Region rankings, fall to 13-4 on the season. The Ladies, ranked No. 16, improve to 5-2 overall.
Sophomore Kristin Cellentani dropped a 7-6 (8), 6-2 match at No. 3 singles.
The doubles tandem of freshman Christina Corbean and junior Lauren Rife dropped a tough 8-5 doubles match.
Ohio Northern will play again on Thursday when it returns to OAC action with a 3:30 pm match at Otterbein.
