Women's Tennis makes strong showing at Oberlin Invitiational

OBERLIN--The Ohio Northern women's tennis team made a strong showing over the weekend at the Oberlin Invitational.
The tournament was one of the strongest fall tournaments as it featured two nationally ranked teams and four regionally ranked teams.
Freshman Rachael Miller led the way for the Polar Bears with five wins overall and a perfect 3-0 record in doubles play.
Junior Kelsi Wurm went 4-1 on the weekend.
Junior Michelle Tuma and freshman Meghan Letizia both posted 4-2 records on the weekend.
Against the strong field, ONU went an impressive 11-3 overall in doubles play.
Ohio Northern will be in action again on September 28 when they conclude their fall season at the ITA Central Region Tournament.
