Friday's Meet: The Ohio Northern women's swimming and diving team will open the Ohio Athletic Conference and home portion of its schedule as it welcomes Wilmington to the ONU Sports Center Natatorium ... The Polar Bears are coming off a fourth place finish at the Kenyon Relays and Denison Diving Meet ... Senior Stacie Melody led Ohio Northern, as she was on all three of the squad's top-4 finishing relays ... Melody, freshman Lauren Halle and seniors Sydney Veon and Molly Wheeler finished third in the 200 breast relay in 2:12.46 ... The 400 I.M. relay team of Halle, Melody, sophomore Kierra Watson and Wheeler was third in 4:24.77 ... Watson, Melody, junior Kasey Mucher and senior Kelsey Brebberman finished fourth in 1:59.70 ... In the diving competition, freshmen Elizabeth Sartschev and Samantha Nelson combined to finish fifth with 225.40 points ... Wilmington enters the meet after falling to Baldwin Wallace in its season and OAC opener ... Junior Samantha Glish finished first in two events for the Quakers in 50 free (28.79) and the 100 free (1:05.74).
