Lohnes, senior Jennifer Hartsel, Rayhill and freshman Jill Chapman started the meet by winning the 200 medley relay in 2:09.12.
The divers did not compete as Wilmington does not have a diving board.
"The environment tonight was very exciting, and a credit to Wilmington for swimming some great races and helping to create the atmosphere," ONU head coach Peggy Ewald said. "We saw a lot of our Polar Bears in some new situations and unfamiliar races, and they stepped up."
Northern has now won 31 of its last 32 OAC dual meets, which dates to the 2006-07 season.
The Polar Bears will return to action next Saturday with a tri-match at Hillsdale (Mich.) with Olivet (Mich.)
