Inkrott breaks school record in 200 Backstroke to lead Swimming & Diving at Kenyon Invitational

GAMBIER -- Freshman Lindsey Inkrott broke her own school record in the 200 backstroke to lead the Ohio Northern swimming & diving team at the Kenyon Invitational.
The meet was unscored.
Inkrott touched in 2:03.45, bettering her own record of 2:03.92.
Inkrott also touched in 57.56 in the 100 backstroke.
Junior Christian Garlock posted a third place finish in the 50 freestyle in 21.71 seconds.
Senior Drew Keriazes was second in the 100 breaststroke finishing in 59.40 seconds, while junior John Beaschler finished the 100 freestyle in 47.43 seconds.
In the 100 backstroke, senior Marc Anderson was second finishing in 52.61 seconds and senior Max McClary was third in 56.00 seconds.
Senior Sarah Fiffick was third in the 50 freestyle, touching in 25.44 seconds. She also posted a time of 2:00.06 in the 200 freestyle.
Junior Lindsey Rayhill was fourth in the 200 butterfly, posting a time of 2:10.08.
She also captured the 100 butterfly in 58.18 seconds, while junior Jamie Garbash was second with a time of 1:00.42.
Junior Jennifer Hartsel finished with a time of 1:08.81 in the 100 breaststroke.
Ohio Northern will return to action when it take part in the NCAA III Swimming & Diving Championships on March 20-23.
