ABILENE, Tex. — Junior Libby Johnson (Fairfield) scored her first caereer goal to lead the Ohio Northern women's soccer team in a 3-1 loss at Hardin-Simmons (Tex.) on Friday night.
The Basics

The Match
- The Cowgirls took a quick 1-0 lead with a goal just 2:03 into the match and led 2-0 at halftime with another goal in the 26th minute.
- Johnson scored her first career goal just 7:04 into the second half off an assist from sophomore Haley Cannon (Oregon/Clay) to make it 2-1.
- HSU got an insurance goal in the 73rd minute to complete the scoring.
- ONU freshman goalkeeper Morgan Moeller (Harrison/Roger Bacon) recorded six saves in goal.
- HSU finished with a 19-12 advantage in shots and 6-3 edge in corner kicks.
