Four tabbed All-Great Lakes Region by United Soccer Coaches in Women's Soccer

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's soccer team saw four athletes named All-Great Lakes Region by the United Soccer Coaches, released ....
Senior Hannah Reich (Howell, Mich.) and sophomores Meagan Grierson (Miamisburg) and Haley Moses (Mason) were all named First Team All-Great Lakes Region, while sophomore Rose Nienaber (Cincinnati/Oak Hills) was named Second Team All-Great Lakes Region.
Each athlete earned All-Great Lakes Region honors for the first time in their careers.
Reich, a four-year starter as a defender, started in 79 of 80 career games, while appearing in all 80 games. She collected her first All-Great Lakes Region accolade for her career.
The senior is a 4-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree and a two-time First Team-All OAC selection. She was also named the OAC Defender of the Year for her efforts this season.
Grierson, the 2-time defending OAC Goalkeeper of the Year and 2-time First Team All-OAC honoree, was named First Team All-Great Lakes Region and earned her first All-Region honor.
The sophomore led a historic effort defensively for ONU in 2017 as she posted a school-record 14 shutouts, broke the sophomore school record for goals against average and guided the Polar Bear defense to seven consecutive shutouts this season, which ties a 20-year old school record.
Her 20 career shutouts make her tied for fourth place all-time at ONU in shutouts.
Moses, the 2017 OAC Midfielder of the Year and First Team All-OAC selection, was named First Team All-Great Lakes Region and earned her first All-Region award.
The sophomore has appeared in and started all 42 games in her career for ONU. Moses scored four goals and added four assists for Northern this season.
Nienaber, a 2017 First Team All-OAC honoree, was also named All-Great Lakes Region for the first time in her career after being named First Team All-Region.
The sophomore ranked second on the team with 10 goals this season and ranked second on the team and tied for fifth in the OAC with six assists. She also ranked second on the team and fifth in the OAC with 26 points this season.
Northern made a historic run in the NCAA Div. III Tournament this season, marching into the Elite 8 round of the tournament for the first time in school history before bowing out of the tournament and falling to No. 5-ranked and undefeated Hardin-Simmons (Tex.) 1-0.
