Head Coach Mark Batman returns 22 letter winners from the 2014 squad that went 10-7-2 overall and finished second in the Ohio Athletic Conference ... Northern welcomes back top goalkeeper senior Emily Brodict who has recorded 39 career starts and is currently ranked sixth all-time in ONU history in shutouts ... The Polar Bears also welcome back top midfielders senior Alex Weirich, juniors Missy Ward and Shelby Stephens ... Weirich appeared in all 19 games a season ago recording three goals, while Stephens, a First Team All-OAC and Second Team All-Ohio selection, appeared in and started 17 games scoring five goals and recording two assists ... At the forward position Northern returns sophomore Anna Niemeyer ... Niemeyer led the team a season ago with nine goals ... Kenyon enters the 2015 season with a strong core of returners who claimed the 2014 North Coast Athletic Conference regular-season and tournament titles ... The Ladies also made the NCAA Tournament where they upset No. 21-ranked Emory University in the first round ... Kenyon returns junior forward Maggie Smith who scored nine goals, dished out five assists and ranked second on the team with 23 points as season ago.
