Bio

Luke Miller is in his eighth season as an assistant coach for the Polar Bears.

Miller was a three-time All-American and the 2010 NCAA III National Champion at 157 pounds for the Polar Bears.

The Indiana, Pa., native was also a three-time NWCA Scholar All-American and ranks third all-time at ONU in career wins with a 133-29 mark, a winning percentage of .821.

Luke posted a 39-4 record and became the third Polar Bear to win a national title, claiming the 157-pound crown at the 2010 NCAA Division III Championships at U.S. Cellular Arena in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Miller also placed third at the 2011 NCAA Championships and was fourth at the 2009 NCAA Championships to become one of just two ONU wrestlers to be a three-time All-American.

He is also a two-time OAC Champion at 157 pounds, won the 165 OAC title once, was named the OAC Most Valuable Wrestler three consecutive seasons and is a three-time national Wrestling Coaches Association Scholar All-American.

Miller was also named Ohio Northern’s 2010-11 Clyde Lamb Award Winner as the school’s top senior student-athlete.
