Freshman Clayton Davidson leads Wrestling in OAC dual meet at Mount Union

ALLIANCE — Freshman Clayton Davidson won by fall at 157 pounds to lead the Ohio Northern wrestling team in a 32-12 setback at Mount Union tuesday evening at the McPherson Athletic Center.
The Polar Bears fall to 10-8 overall and are 0-2 in Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet action, while the Purple Raiders improve to 11-7, 2-0.
Davidson won by fall in 4:20 to improve to a team-best 19-8.
Freshman Gavin Nelson got the Polar Bears on the board with a decision at 149 pounds. He is now 18-10 on the year.
Senior Greg Biben wrapped the meet up with a decision at Heavyweight to improve to 8-6 on the year.
The Polar Bears will return to action Friday and Saturday at the Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.
