Wrestlers stay undefeated, post second consecutive shutout with 44-0 win at Mount Saint Joseph

CINCINNATI — Ohio Northern remained undefeated and posted its second consecutive shutout with a 44-0 wrestling dual meet victory at Mount Saint Joseph on Tuesday night at the Harrington Center.
The Polar Bears improve to 6-0 on the season, while the Lions fall to 0-7.
ONU won all six bouts that were contested and won three times by forfeit to post the shutout. Northern blanked Manchester (Ind.) 45-0 on Dec. 11 in its last dual meet.
Sophomore Gennar Feucht and senior All-American Cody Lovejoy each picked up pins to lead the Polar Bears.
Feucht won by fall at 157 pounds to improve to 17-1 on the season with four pins.
Lovejoy, who is ranked No. 1 nationally in the Heavyweight division, is now 19-0 with a team-high 14 pins.
Freshman Aaron Adkins won by tech fall at 184 pounds with a 16-0 decision in 4:21. He is now 13-4 on the year.
Senior Cole Cochran, freshman Dylan Dolph and freshman Evan Hickey all won by decision at 133, 141 and 197 pounds, respectively.
The Polar Bears will return to action Friday and Saturday at the Lycoming (Pa.) Budd Whitehill Duals.
ONU will face Williams (Mass.), R.I.T. (N.Y.) and No. 13-ranked York (Pa.) in pool play on Friday.
