Burden, Martin, Graham named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in Women's Lacrosse

ADA — Junior Keaghan Burden (Brinswick), sophomore Elena Martin (Youngstown/Canfield) and fifth-year senior Elizabeth Graham (Dayton/Carroll) were named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in women's lacrosse for 2024 in voting conducted by the league's head coaches.
Burden and Martin were named Second Team All-OAC and Graham was an Honorable Mention All-OAC selection.
Burden is a three-year starter on attack and has set school single-season assist records in each of her three seasons.
This year, Burden dished out a school record 35 assists, six more than the 29 in each of her first two seasons.
She led the team in scoring with 54 points this year.
She is ONU's all-time career leader with 93 assists and 158 points and ranks eighth with 65 goals.
Martin, a midfielder, led the team with 51 ground balls and 27 caused turnovers and was second with 74 draw controls this season.
She also finished third with 41 goals, had eight assists and was fifth with 49 points.
A two year starter, Martin ranks seventh all-time at ONU with 66 goals, is eighth with 83 points and has 17 assists.
She is also fourth all-time with 109 draw controls and third with 23 free position goals.
Graham led the team in scoring this season with 46 goals and was second with 55 points while starting 16 games on attack.
In her three seasons at Ohio Northern, Graham ranks second all-time in ONU history with 134 points, is fourth with 91 goals and is second with 43 assists.
The Polar Bears finished the 2024 season with a school record nine wins, posting their first full-season winning record (9-8 overall) and tied for fifth in the OAC with a 3-4 league mark under first-year head coach Margo Vandeveld.
ONU also set school records with 238 goals and 334 points and made its fourth consecutive OAC Tournament appearance in 2024.
