Women's Golf finishes fourth of nine teams at Heidelberg Fall Invitational

TIFFIN — The Ohio Northern women's golf team finished fourth out of nine teams at the Heidelberg Fall Invitational Saturday and Sunday at the Mhoawk Country Club.
The Polar Bears (7-5) finished with a 380-397—777 for 36 holes.
Baldwin-Wallace won the team title with a 336-343—679, Ohio Wesleyan was second with a 381-373—754 and Capital was third with a 397-368—765.
Senior Emily Gedert earned All-Tournament Team honors by finishing fourth out of 43 golfers with an 87-83—170.
Freshman Megan Conley was 18th with a 92-100—192, freshman Allison Fye tied for 19th with a 92-101—193 and freshman KaitlynNestel was 32nd with a 109-113—222.
Baldwin-Wallace's Miranda Cunningham won Medalist honors in a tiebreaker with an 80-83—163.
The Polar Bears will return to action Saturday at the Otterbein Invitational.
