Wednesday's Double Header: Wednesday's double header marks the first of three home twin-bills to wrap up the regular season for Ohio Northern  ... ONU will host Capital in the OAC regular season finale on Saturday, then will host Wittenberg on Monday in a non-conference tune-up for the OAC Tournament later next week ... The top 4 teams in the OAC regular season standings qualify for the double elimination OAC Tournament, held May 2-4 at the home of the OAC Regular Season champion ... Freshman Paige Ordean fired her second career no-hitter to lead Ohio Northern to an OAC split at Marietta on Friday ... The Polar Bears won the opener behind Ordean's pitching masterpiece 7-0 while the Pioneers won the nightcap 6-3 ... Ordean (12-8) walked five and allowed six baserunners in the complete-game victory ... She previously threw a perfect game on March 4 against Regis (Mass.) in Orlando, Fla. ... It was also her fourth shutout of the season ... Northern scored all the runs it would need in the second frame when senior Colleen Baliga had an RBI single and junior Kelly Sheridan followed with a run-scoring double to put the visitors up 2-0 ... The Polar Bears put the game away with a 5-run fourth inning with RBI singles from senior Bree Hiteshew, Sheridan, sophomore Anne Dreher and senior Christin Miller and a sac fly from junior Adriana Sikora ... Through 33 games this season, junior Adriana Sikora leads Ohio Northern and is third in the OAC with a .485 batting average ... She also leads the OAC with 11 home runs, 31 RBI, 15 doubles, a .970 slugging percentage, a .531 on-base percentage, 48 base hits and 35 runs scored ... Senior Colleen Baliga is second in batting at .458 and senior Christin Miller is third in batting with a .432 average ... Ordean leads the pitching staff with a 12-8 record, 54 strikeouts, two no-hitters and four shutouts ... Miller leads the team and is third in the OAC with 19 stolen bases ... Miller ranks second all-time at ONU with 240 career base hits ... She is 9 shy of the school record of 249 set by Mandi Fought from 2007-10 ... She is also tied for second with 50 career stolen bases and fourth with 152 runs scored ... Sikora ranks seventh all-time with 11 career home runs ... Anderson was ranked as high as No. 21 nationally in the NFCA poll on April 9 ... The Ravens are coming off of a 10-2, 4-3 sweep of Transylvania (Ky.) on Saturday ... AU is leading the HCAC with an 11-1 record and hold a 2-game lead over second-place Bluffton ... Morgan Burke leads the team with a .421 average, 26 runs scored and 11 stolen bases ... Shelby Shaffer is second in hitting at .413 and also has 11 stolen bases ... Taylar Kelso has 4 home runs and a team-best 24 RBI ...
