Junior Cully Gordon leads #23 ranked Men's Cross Country as they win the Rochester (N.Y.) Yellow Jackets Invitational

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The No. 23-ranked Ohio Northern men's cross country team won the 22-team Rochester (N.Y.) Yellow Jacket Invitaitonal Saturday at Genesee Valley Park.
The Polar Bears (50-1 overall) finished with 46 points.
Oberlin finished second with 74 points, NCAA Division I Colgate of the Ivy League was third with 132 points, and Ithaca (N.Y.) fourth with 137 points.
The Polar Bears saw six members finish in the top 20, with junior Cully Gordon leading the way.
Gordon finished second of 243 runners, crossing the finish line in 26:10.
Junior Andrew Harden was 8th in 26:25, junior Aaren Hemmelgarn was 11th in 26:35, junior Kase Schalois was 12th in 26:37, senior Eric Wymer was 13th in 26:37, freshman Ian McVey was 19th in 26:49, and sophomore Matt Molinaro was 33rd in 27:13 for Ohio Northern.
Arthur Geno of Oberlin won the race in 25:46.
The Polar Bears will take next weekend off and return to action Oct. 2 at the All-Ohio Championships at Cedarville.
