MASON — Ohio Northern senior Nathan Rosenbaum finished 152nd out of 280 runners at the NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships Saturday afternoon at the Golf Center at Kings Island in Mason, Ohio.
Rosenbaum finished the 8,000-meter course in 25:36.
"He was in the race early, but the course conditions were not ideal", ONU head coach Jason Maus said. "He gave a good effort, represented us well, and really soaked up the experience."
"At the start of the race I got up front the way I wanted to," Rosenbaum said. "It wasn't my best race, but that happens sometimes."
This marks the 10th consecutive season that Ohio Northern was represented at NCAA Championships in either the men's or women's race.
The Polar Bears finished with a 120-37 record overall, were third at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships and were 10th at the NCAA Division III Regionals this season.
