Rosenbaum, Harden earn All-OAC honors, lead Men's Cross Country to third place finish at OAC Championships

GATES MILLS - The Ohio Northern Men's Cross Country team finished third Saturday afternoon as they competed in the OAC Cross Country Championships at Ohio Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, Ohio. 

The Polar Bears improve their record to 93-28 to conclude the regular season. 

This marks the 10th consecutive season that the Polar Bears have finished in the top three at the OAC Championships, dating back to the 2004 season. 

Senior Nathan Rosenbaum led the Polar Bears across the finish line, finishing third with a time of 26:48. With the third place finish, Rosenbaum has earned 1st Team All-Conference for the third time in his career, and marks his fourth time earning All-Conference honors.

Sophomore Andrew Harden finished 10th in the race and earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors finishing in 27:41. This is Harden's first career OAC All-Conference honor.

Also finishing in the top 25 runners for the Polar Bears were junior Eric Wymer, who finished the race in 21st place with a time of 28:01 and freshman Bobby Borger who crossed the finish line in 25th place in 28:09.

Northern will be back in action as they compete in the NCAA Division III Regional Meet at Wilmington on November 15th with a time to be announced.
