This Weekend's Preview: The Ohio Northern men's track and field team will compete in the All-Ohio Championships on Saturday afternoon, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan ... The meet will kick off at 10 a.m. with the women's hammer throw and the men's 10,000-meter run ... Three members of the Polar Bear track team will compete in the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on Saturday as senior Bobby Borger and juniors Ian McVey and Spencer Schulze all compete in the 10,000-meter run at the meet ... The Polar Bears enter the meet after competing in the George Glass Invitational and posting a second place team finish ... McVey led the way with a first place finish in the 1,500-meter run, finishing in 4:04.29 ... In the 3,000-meter steeplechase, freshman Travis Sutter finished second in 10:07.65 ... In the field, senior Luke Bogdanovich was second in the high jump with a leap of 1.87 meters and also finished fourth in the long jump with a leap of 5.96 meters ... Senior Alex Sibila posted a second place finish in the triple jump, leaping 12.05 meters ... Senior Matt Molinaro competed in the 39th Annual Sun Angel Classic last weekend where he improved his Div. III-best time in the 800-meter run, finishing in 1:50.28.
