Men's Indoor Track & Field picked to finish second in OAC Coaches poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's indoor track and field team has been picked to finish second in the Ohio Athletic Conference in the annual preseason poll voted on by the leagues 10 head coaches, released on Friday morning.
The Polar Bears were dubbed the runners up after receiving 72 points in the poll and two first place votes.
Mount Union was picked to finish first with 77 points and the final eight remaining first place votes, while John Carroll was selected to finish third in the poll with 66 points.
Northern finished second in the standings during last season's OAC Indoor Championships.
The Polar Bears open the 2018 season on Friday, Jan. 19 as they compete in the OAC Split Meet, hosted by Baldwin Wallace.
