Sophomore Dan Arkin named OAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

ADA — Sophomore Dan Arkin has been named OAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.

On Saturday, at the Cedarville Invitational, Arkin claimed a first place finish in the javelin with a throw of 181-0, setting a new school record and breaking the previous record of 179-7.

Ohio Northern won the Cedarville Invitational scoring 187 points.

ONU will return to competition on Saturday, when they compete at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational.
