Josh Saunders records 100th career victory in Men's Tennis 5-4 loss to John Carroll

ADA -- Senior Josh Saunders became the 21st player in program history to reach 100 career wins as the Ohio Northern men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to John Carroll on Saturday afternoon at the University Courts.
The Polar Bears drop to 8-3 overall and 2-1 in the OAC, while the Blue Streaks 6-7 overall and 3-0 in the OAC.
Saunders picked up his 99th career win, when he teamed with sophomore John Mostowy to score a 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles.
He would then win at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-2, for his milestone win.
In his career, Saunders is now 52-26 in singles play and 48-21 in doubles action.
Mostowy won for ONU at No. 3 singles by a 6-1, 6-2 score.
Senior Blake Troller also won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 4 singles for the Polar Bears.
Ohio Northern will return to action on Wednesday, when it travels to Otterbein in a key OAC battle at 3:30 pm.
