Men's Tennis extends winning streak to five matches with 9-0 win over Ohio Wesleyan

ADA -- The Ohio Northern men's tennis team extended its winning streak to five matches with a 9-0 victory over Ohio Wesleyan on Tuesday evening at the University Courts.
The Polar Bears are now 8-2 on the season, while the Battling Bishops fall to 5-11.
In doubles play, senior Josh Saunders and sophomore John Mostowy won 8-4 at the No. 1 position.
Junior Sam Prewitt and freshman Alex Starr won 8-4 at No. 3 doubles and senior Do Thai and senior Blake Troller were victorious by a 8-6 score at No. 2 doubles.
In singles action, Mostowy won his team leading 10th singles match of the season by a 6-0, 6-0 score at No. 3 singles.
Troller won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 4 singles and Thai won 7-5, 6-1 at No. 1 singles.
Saunders won 6-1, 6-4 at the No. 2 singles position, Prewitt won at No. 5 singles 8-3 and Starr closed out the match with a 8-5 victory at No. 6 singles.
Ohio Northern will return to action on Saturday, when it returns to OAC play with a 1 pm match against John Carroll.
