"Our guys were excited to get on the courts today," said head coach Bob Rohan. "We were looking forward to playing. We played great all across the board."
Northern opened up play by taking all three doubles courts.
In singles play, Saunders won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
Troller clinched the match at No. 5 singles, winning 6-2, 6-0.
