Men's Tennis wins fifth in a row with 9-0 victory over Marietta

ADA -- The Ohio Northern men's tennis team posted its fifth straight victory by a 9-0 score over Marietta on Friday afternoon at the University Courts.
The Polar Bears are now 7-4 on the season and move to 2-0 in OAC play. The Pioneers fall to 4-3, 1-1.
ONU swept all three doubles courts for the fifth match in a row and sixth time this season to begin play.
The duo of senior Joey Frank and junior Do Thai scored a 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles.
At No. 2 doubles, freshman John Mostowy and junior Josh Saunders won by a 8-3 score, while sophomore Sam Prewitt and junior Blake Troller also scored a 8-3 win at No. 3 doubles.
In singles competition, Mostowy won at the No. 4 position by a 6-0, 6-0 score.
Both Frank and Troller won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 and No. 5 singles, respectively.
Thai won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and senior Mike King won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 6 singles.
Saunders also picked up a victory, winning 6-2, 6-0 at No. 4 singles.
Ohio Northern will return to action on Thursday when it welcomes rival Wooster to the University Courts at 4 pm.
