Men's Tennis concludes spring trip with 9-0 shutout over Albion (Mich.)

ALATAMONTE SPRINGS (Fla.)—The Ohio Northern men's tennis team posted a 9-0 victory Albion (Mich.) Friday morning at Sanlando Park.
The Polar Bears, who did not drop a set, are now 2-3 on the season while the Britons stand at 3-3
Northern began play by taking all three doubles courts.
The tandem of seniors Andrew Korba and Nick Kowalczyk posted an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles.
Junior Joey Frank and senior Michael Kathary won by an 8-4 score at No.1 doubles while sophomores Josh Saunders and Do Thai won by an 8-5 margin at No. 2 singles.
In singles play, ONU continued to roll.
Saunders posted a dominating 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 5 singles.
Thai won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 4 singles while Kowalczyk was victorious by a 6-2, 6-0 score at No. 3 singles.
Frank won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles.
Kathary posted a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 1 singles and sophomore Blake Troller completed the sweep with a 6-4, 7-5 win at No. 6 singles.
Ohio Northern will be in action again when they return home to host John Carroll on March 24 at 1 p.m.
