Saturday's Meet: Ohio Northern will wrap up the home portion of its schedule with a dual meet against NCAC-foe Oberlin on Saturday at the ONU Sports Center ... The meet is also Senior Day, as the Polar Bears will honor their 10 seniors in a ceremony on the pool deck at 12:45 pm ... The Polar Bears won their 12th OAC Regular Season title outright with a 167-58 victory at Baldwin Wallace on Friday night ... Ohio Northern and Baldwin Wallace will also battle for the annual Golden Kickboard trophy ... ONU is now 12-2 all-time and has won 11 consecutive meets in the Golden Kickboard series, which awards the trophy annually to the ONU-BW regular season meet winner ... Senior Ian Simpson (Strongsville) and junior Justin Chapman (Springboro) led the Polar Bears with three victories each on the night ... Individually, Simpson won the 200 free in 1:50.02 and the 100 back in :54.88 and Chapman won the 50 free in :22.40 and the 100 free in :49.56 ... Simpson opened the meet as the anchor leg with sophomore Nolan Huey (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge), junior Anthony Ferrell (Canton/Glen Oak) and junior Pete He (Mason) to win the 200 medley relay in 1:38.43 ... The 200 free relay team of Huey, freshman Zach Ayres (Chillicothe), junior Thomas Golba (Dayton/Alter) and Chapman wrapped up the meet by winning in 1:30.28 ... Sophomore Nolan Huey currently leads the OAC and is 60th nationally in the event ... He also leads the OAC in the 200 I.M. (1:55.18) and the 400 I.M. (4:08.60) ... Junior Pete He leads the OAC in the 100 Fly (:50.86) and the 200 fly (1:56.30).

ONU head coach Peggy Ewald: Ewald is in her 14th season at ONU and is the program's all-time winningest coach with a 105-41 men's dual meet record, a winning percentage of .719. She has been named OAC Men's Coach of the Year seven times and guided the Polar Bear men to 12 consecutive OAC Championships crowns from 2005-16 and 11 OAC Regular Season titles, including 10 straight from 2007-16.
