Men's Swimming & Diving competes at Kenyon Last Chance meet

GAMBIER -- The Ohio Northern men's swimming & diving team sent several athletes to compete in the Kenyon Last Chance meet on Saturday.
The non-scoring meet was one final opportunity to post better times in an attempt to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships March 19-22 in Indianapolis.
None of the Polar Bears that competed bettered their season best times.
Senior John Beaschler and freshman John Raker had the best individual finishes for ONU.
Raker was third in the 400 I.M. time trial in 4:17.73 and Beaschler was third in a 50 free time trial in :21.64.
The 200 free relay team of Beaschler, sophomore Mitchell Murphy and freshman Eric Chen and Logan Pfeifer won the race in 1:25.26.
The NCAA Championships field is expected to be announced on Wednesday.
