Schultz, Schmidt, Keriazes win two events each to lead Men's Swimming & Diving in 145-92 win over Olivet (Mich.)

HILLSDALE, Mich. — Senior Michael Schultz and juniors Albert Schmidt and Drew Keriazes each won two events to lead the Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team to a 145-92 victory against Olivet (Mich.) at Hillsdale (Mich.) Friday evening.
The Polar Bears improve to 4-0, while the Comets fall to 3-1.
Schultz swept the distance events, winning the 1,000-yard free in 10:00.74 and winning the 500 free in 4:49.12.
Schmidt swept the 1- and 3-meter diving events, scoring 260.65 and 240.65 points, respectively.
Keriazes won the 100 breast in 1:00.93 and won the 200 I.M. in 2:01.30.
Sophomore Jordan Breitigam won the 100 fly in :52.60.
The 400 free relay team of Schultz, senior Anders Samuelson, freshman Brian Heilbronner and sophomore Christian Garlock won in 3:15.61.
The Polar Bears will return to action next Friday at Wittenberg in a 6 pm dual meet.
