Collin Stephens is in his seventh season as an assistant coach for the Ohio Northern men’s lacrosse team in 2024.

Stephens came to Northern after a one-year stint at Carroll (Wis.), where he served as an assistant coach and the offensive coordinator for the Pioneers.

Prior to his time with Carroll, Stephens held numerous club lacrosse head coaching positions in Wisconsin and New York.

He was a two-year letterman for the Genesee (N.Y.) Community College lacrosse squad in 2012-13 before receiving his bachelor's degree in business administration from Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016.

Stephens worked as a graphic designer for the Arena Lacrosse League in 2016-17.
