Bio

Carl Haas is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Ohio Northern men's lacrosse team.

Haas has a wealth of experience at the collegiate level coaching men's lacrosse.

Haas's resume includes coaching stints at St. Andrews Presbyterian (N.C.) College, Roanoke (Va.) College, Saint Vincent (Pa.) College, and DePauw (Ind.) University. 

In the spring of 2003 he served as the assistant coach for St. Andrews Presbyterian before a 5-year stint at Roanoke College where he served as the assistant coach from 2003-2008.

After taking an assistant coaches position at Saint Vincent College from 2008-2009, Haas took over as the head men's lacrosse at Saint Vincent from 2009-2012.

He most recently served as the head coach at DePauw University where he oversaw the team from 2012-2016 and transitioned the program into a full time varisty sport at DU.

Haas received his Bachelor's Degree in History from the Virginia Military Institute in 2001.

He was also a member of the men's lacrosse team at VMI where he was a four time letterwinner and two time captain for the team. 

Haas was named Defensive Player of the Year at VMI during the 2001 season, and was a co-recipient of the Fred Hope Memorial Award.

He currently resides in Ada with his wife, Judy.
