Comments from Ohio Northern players:
Cory Spelman - Sr - DB - (After Wednesday's practices)
"I've never been happier in my life that the 2-a-day practives are over! It has been a blast so far. We are coming along well as a secondary. It is taking some time to get used to one another, but it has been a fantastic experience. I had talked to other ONU players that had come down here and played in this game in the past so I had an idea of what to expect."
Cody Kelly - Sr - DL - (After Tuesday's practices)
"There is so much talent here, it has been really fun to practice. It's fun to play with so many good players. We learn things from each other. It helps having 11 defensive linemen on the team because we don't have as many reps in practice and it's not so tiring. From a scheme standpoint, most of the things we are doing are similar to what we did at ONU. It's the same stunts and some of the same calls, so I've been able to pick things up pretty quickly."
Tyler Joseph - Sr - OL - (On Monday's first day of practice)
“It has been amazing few days. The guys have been great. It’s going to be a challenge learning a new offense in just a few days, but it’s been fun so far. The campus is very nice, too."
