Bio

A.J. Hatem is now in his eighth season as an assistant football coach at Ohio Northern. He will assist with the running backs.

Hatem arrived at ONU after two seasons as the running backs coach at Defiance and two seasons as a running backs coach at Denison. He also helped with special teams and was a strength and conditioning coach at both schools.

Hatem earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Shawnee State in 2012 and his MBA in sports management from Defiance in 2015.

He currently resides in Ada with his wife, Krisi, and their children Tyler, Decker and Charlotte.
