Eight Polar Bears named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in Football for 2014

ADA — Eight Ohio Northern players were named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in football for 2014 in voting conducted by the league's 10 head coaches.
Senior Steven Kenny, juniors Darnell Bloom, Justin Magazine, Devon Price and Rody Seballos and sophomore Kyle Bergman were all named Second Team All-OAC.
Seniors Patrick Angle and Dillon Kwiat were named Honorable Mention All-Conference.
Kenny, a defensive end, is now a 3-time All-OAC honoree. He earned Second Team honors as a linebacker in 2012 and Honorable Mention All-Conference at defensive end last year.
This season, Kenny was fourth on the team with 42 tackles and was second with 5.5 TFL.
In 35 career games, Kenny ends his career with 134 tackles, 19 TFL and 4.0 sacks.
Bloom, a defensive back, is making his first appearance on the All-OAC squad.
Bloom started five games at corner back this season and has eight starts in his career.
He had 22 tackles, 3.5 TFL and a sack this season and will enter his senior campaign with 40 career tackles.
Magazine is making his second appearance as a Second Team All-OAC honoree at running back.
This season, Magazine was sixth in the OAC with 909 yards rushing and was sixth with 1,111 all-purpose yards.
He carried the ball 166 times for 909 yards and six touchdowns and caught 19 passes for 202 yards and a score.
Magazine now ranks 20th all-time at ONU with 1,429 career yards.
Price is now a two-time Second Team All-Conference honoree as a receiver. He was also a First Team All-OAC special teams player as a sophomore in 2013.
He led the OAC with 65 receptions and was second with 846 receiving yards this year.
Price also led the league with 1,702 all-purpose yards.
He caught 65 passes for 846 yards and seven TDs and returned 27 kickoffs for a 23.6-yard average.
Price also became ONU's all-time career receptions leader with 155 and is fifth with 1,984 receiving yards in his 29 games as a Polar Bear.
He also holds school records with 63 kickoff returns and 1,602 kickoff return yards.
Seballos started nine games at left tackle this season and is a two-year starter on the offensive line.
He has 21 career starts, including 12 at left guard in 2012 and 2013.
Bergman averaged 39.4 yards per punt in 2014.
In two seasons at ONU, Bergman has punted 63 times for a 37.3 yard average with nine punts downed inside the 20.
His 37.3 career average ranks him seventh all-time at Ohio Northern.
Angle is now a two-time Honorable Mention All-Conference honoree at quarterback.
He completed 185-of-297 passes for 2,334 yards and 23 TDs this season.
In his two seasons as a Polar Bear, Angle completed 357-of-573 passes for 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns, a quarterback rating of 144.15.
He is ONU's all-time career completion percentage leader with a 62.3 percent average, is fourth with 4,793 yards of total offense and is eighth with 4,313 passing yards.
Kwiat led the team in tackles with 79 while starting all 10 games at middle linebacker this season.
He ends his 39-game career ranked eighth all-time with 255 career tackles, having started the last 30 games over the past three seasons.
The Polar Bears finished the season with a 7-3 record and were fourth in the OAC with a 6-3 mark under 11th-year head coach Dean Paul.
