All-American Brett Roehm ended his career as the NCAA Division III career strikeout leader with 392 punchouts from 1992-95.
Roehm is currently fourth on the NCAA's career strikeout list.
As a senior, Roehm went 14-1 with a 1.59 ERA and a school record 134 strikeouts and was named First Team All-America.
He started the season strong, striking out 23 and allowing only a bunt single in his first two outings, a 1-hitter in a 2-0 victory over Augustana (Ill.) and a 2-1 no-hitter against Briar Cliff (Iowa).
In his first 14 innings, he struck out 23 and allowed only a bunt single.
Roehm also threw a 1-hitter in a 1-0 victory over No. 2-ranked Marietta.
He helped the No. 25-ranked Polar Bears to a 33-11 record and a bid to the NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament in 1995.
Roehm was also featured in the June 5, 1995, edition of Sports Illustrated.
