Luke Green-Lauber is in his first season as an assistant coach at Ohio Northern and will serve as the team's strength and conditioning coach.

He also serves as the strength and conditioning coach for the ONU men's lacrosse team.

He came to ONU after a two-year stint as head performance coach at Donskov Strength and Conditioning in Columbus since May of 2020.

Green-Lauber is a 2020 graduate of Otterbein, where he was a strength and conditioning intern.

He was also a strength and conditioning intern at Miami (Ohio) in the summer of 2019.

Green Lauber was an All-Ohio Athletic Conference punter at Otterbein, where is graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and health promotion in 2020.
